Copies of Asking Questions are $30 plus S&H. The latter depends on where you live and how many copies you want. To order, please send me an email and I will calculate the S&H and let you know the total.
If you are an organization with your own shipping account I am happy to use that, if requested.
For orders of five or more, the cost per book is $25.
If you live in Toronto I am willing to try to arrange a pickup/delivery of the book to avoid the S&H charge. Let’s see if we can work that out.
Payment is by PayPal or by cheque. If using the latter, I can’t ship until the cheques has cleared.

- Please contact me first to determine full shipping and handling fees.
- Once you know the exact amount of your payment, click the link below and submit payment to “pax@allstream.net”
- I will confirm receipt of your payment and prepare your book(s) for shipping.
