Triple Play is a collection of three full-length plays I’ve written that have a sports theme. Two have already been produced professionally (Jacques Plante & the Parkdale Knitting League and Whole In One. Casey at the Bat is a new play).
Although the plays have a central sports theme, they are not actually about sports. They are about people and relationships and adversity and so many other issues and challenges we all face.
The plays, I believe, are of interest both to men and women and to sports fans and those who aren’t drawn to sports.
There is a lighthearted tone to all three, with humor and music helping to tell the stories.
